If you receive a wine order that is damaged in shipping, or have other concerns regarding your wine order, please contact us at 509-525-5700.

Please contact us at 509-525-5700 if you have an item you would like to return. In order to be returned, merchandise should be in unused condition in original packaging, and if apparel, unworn with tags unless it a manufacture defect.
All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
